To upgrade or change your service, use the online form on this page or download and complete the requested services form. Once complete, please send it to pccsr@palocommunications.net. To set up automatic bank payments (ACH) or make changes to your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), please download and complete the appropriate form and place it in the drop box at our office.
